FROM THEM AND ALSO ENJOYED THEM WITH SOME FUNNEST MOVEMENT'S OUT THERE . I TELL'S  ABOUT THE OUR POWER PLANT WHICH SITUATED IN BIHAR :-

BOILER- Traveling grate bagass fuel fired boiler (110 TPH, 109Kg/cm2, 540 °C) Make-IJT  ,Top Supported, Natural Circulation                                            

TURBINE- 20 MW Siemens makes double Extraction cum Condensing.  (Inlet Pressure-105 kg/cm2  Temperature-535°C   , Extraction1 pressure-2.8kg/cm2 temperature-180°C,  Surface condenser, exhast  pressure-0.068kg/cm2 exhaust temperature-38°C,Bleed 1 pressure- 8kg/cm², Temp. -180 ⁰c, Bleed2 pressure- 27kg/cm², Temp. -358 ⁰c

Responsibilities:

Operation & maintenance of 20 MW Captive Power Plant

·         Operation & maintenance of Boilers

·         Material Requisition & Follow-up of material

·         Shift Schedule for operation & maintenance work

·         Planning of shut-down work

·         Maintaining Record for Power generation & consumption

·         Safe start-up, operate and shut down the power plant with both under & over bed feeding boiler and Turbine and troubleshoot all operation & maintenance related problems.
